Midwest and West Coast regional lead (Chicago / Detroit). Oversees Illinois and Michigan and supports West Coast ports, trucking, warehousing, and local customer care. Strong background on LAX / SFO air and Los Angeles / Long Beach ocean freight.
Partners with Swift Hawk to keep freight moving—coordinating warehouse, road, and customs touchpoints so service stays responsive and dependable for shippers in her regions.
Director, Customs & Compliance
Region & responsibilities
U.S. customs regulations, import and export documentation, tariff classification, duty mitigation, and broader trade compliance.
Ensures shipments adhere to local and international customs laws to reduce the risk of delays, penalties, and compliance exposure.
